How do we work
We meet to understand client’s vision, needs and business opportunities.
Then we identify and agree on the top priority business outcome or benefit to be delivered. We define the problem to be solved, user/customer base, a measurement method of the success and optionally a draft of core capabilities.
We deliver the solution gradually, frequently, in the way that it is already usable after the first iteration.
We put users, customers, people in the centre of our process. We work with them daily to ensure that the solution lets them focus on what really matters for their business, empowers them to do their best work, provides customers the experience they love, creates long-term value.
Once the agreed business outcome is delivered, we identify the next top priority one.
Why do we work this way
We enjoy effectiveness and hate waste.
We each gained decades of experience working for large companies, various industries. We saw enough ineffectiveness and a handful of truly successful projects. We have learnt a lot and we, as a team, have already successfully applied this knowledge.
We know that the strength is in small teams of experts, collaborating closely with the customer and users, with everyone highly focused on delivery of a particular business outcome.
